LORETO GABUAY Y ABUANG @ TUN-OG/BUDOY was neutralized on 231215 SEPT 2008 at Brgy Salay, Paranas, Samar by the Combined elements of MIG 8, ISAFP Scout Platoon HHSVC from 34 th Infantry Battalion, 801 st Brigade Philippine Army and Intel/IDM Personnel of Samar PPO for the case of Frustrated Homicide and Special Complex Crime of Robbery with Homicide under Criminal Case Nos. 5529 and 5530 at RTC Branch 29, Catbalogan, City/P300,000 Reward per AFP-PNP Joint Order Nr 2007-01.

 

MICHAEL CASIN Y CABESARE @ OYOK was neutralized on 17-Oct-07 at KFC Restaurant, SM Bicutan, Bicutan, Metro Manila by the RIO8 team for the case of Murder/4151/P140,000.00 approved reward per MC Nr 2005-97 dated 20 Sept 2005.

 

EZAR, Joey was neutralized on 26-Jan-08 at Bgy Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City by the operatives from RID, PRO 8 and CIDG 8 for the case of Rape/98-11-481/P90,000.00 approved reward per MC Nr 2008-99 dated 18 Jan 2008.

 

MONGE, OWEN was neutralized on 29-Jan-08 at Bgy Cavite East, Palo, Leyte by members of CIGD 8 for the case of Viol of Sec 5, Art II, RA 9165/2003-10-658/P90,000.00 approved reward per MC Nr 2008-99 dated 18 Jan 2008.

 

MORANO, Joel was neutralized on 29-Jan-08 at So Liroan, Bgy San Jose, Palo, Leyte by the elements from RID, PRO 8 and CIDG 8 for the case of Murder/2006-08-498/P90,000.00 approved reward per MC Nr 2008-99 dated 18 Jan 2008.

 

DE GUZMAN, Angelo @ Angel was neutralized on 13-Feb-08 at Bgy Sulangan, Catbalogan, Samar by RIO8 for the case of Murder/2005-11-663/P90,000.00 approved reward per MC Nr 2008-99 dated 18 Jan 2008.

 

GIRAY, NINO was neutralized on 5-Mar-08 at Hillside Drive, Bgy Zone 3, UEP, Catarman, N/Samar by the elements of Calbayog City PS for the case of Murder/C-3010/P140,000.00 approved reward per MC Nr 2005-97 dated 20 Sept 2005.

 

NOVEDA, ARCHIE @ OKAW. Neutralized on 15-Mar-08 at Centrex Complex, Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City Metro Manila by RID, PRO 8, PACER-VAO AND RPIU. He was arrested for the crime of Murder/2002-10-540/P200,000.00 approved reward per MC Nr 2006-146 dated 26 October 2006.

 

TAGRA, ERNESTO GOMEZ. He was neutralized on 1-Apr-08 at Brgy Lipata, Surigao City. The arresting Unit RIO 12 and Maasin City PS. He was arrested for the case of Murder/2079/P140,000.00 approved reward per MC Nr 2005-97 dated 20 Sept 2005.

 

FAUSTINO, Bonifacio @ Bonian, 19-Apr-08, the date he was neutralized. He was arrested at Sto Nino Ext., Tacloban City. The arresting unit was CIDG 8. He was arrested for the crimes of Murder, Theft and Alarm and Scandal/2006-06-510, 5536 & 7108-7-2006/P90,000.00 approved reward per MC Nr 2008-99 dated 18 Jan 2008.

 

Accomplishments on MARIA KAPRA R8-01-2007 (Most Wanted Persons)

     Rey Calvara Daradal @ Rey, MWP in Region 8 with DILG Monetary Reward of P140,000.00 was arrested by joint elements of RID, PRO 8/PACER-EVFO and NSamar PPO led by PSINSP AVELINO BOGTONG DONCILLO JR and PSUPT ELIZAR PATANO EGLOSO, respectively at Bgy Abad Santos, Catarman, NSamar by virtue of WOA for the crimes of Homicide and Frustrated Murder last 13 August 2007.

 

     Lyndon Moreto @ Dondon, MWP in Region 8 with DIG Monetary Reward of P200,000.00 was arrested by joint elements of RID, PRO 8/PACER-EVFO and Palo Police Station led by PSINSP AVELINO BOGTONG DONCILLO JR at So Calumpang, Bgy Bliss, Naval, Biliran by virtue of WOA for the crime of Murder last 05 Mar 2007.

     Gilbert Jackson y Tipan @ Gilbert, MWP in Region 8 with DILG Monetary Reward of P300,000.00 was arrested by Calbayog City Police Station led by PSUPT ISIAS BAÑEZ TONOG at Mt Luyang, Km 7, Bgy Palanit, San Isidro, NSamar by virtue of WOA for the crime Murder last 24 Jan 2007.

 

     Neutralization of Nicomedes Gerilla @ Mike and Allan Celebre, both members of the dreaded Waray-Waray KFRG under Luazon-aldas Sub-Group by the combined elements of RID, PRO 8/PACER-EVFO, CIDG 8 and Pastrana Police Station last 14 August 2007 at Bgy Diones, Pastrana, Leyte and Poblacion, Jaro, Leyte, respectively by virtue of WOA for KFR, issued at RTC Br 19, Bacoor, CAvite under CC Nr B-2007-455 dated July 24, 2007.

Accomplishments on KALAPATI R8-04-2007 (OCGs/CG)

1. Neutralization of Rodrigo Millarada @ Putoy, leader of the Group together with his members identified as @ Angel and @ Onil, all involved in Robbery Hold-up, Cellphone Snatching and Gun-for-hire operating in Leyte, Biliran and Ormoc City. They were engaged in the shootout between the operating elements of RID, PRO 8 at Bgy Sambulawon, Leyte, Leyte last 19 August 2007 that resulted to the death of the suspects. 

2. Neutralization of members of Batucan Group identified as Sammy Robedillo and Marvin Culango, all involved in Robbery Hold-up and Gun-for-hire operating in Leyte. They also engaged in the shootout between the operating elements of Pastrana Police Station at Bgy Macalpi-ay, Pastrana, Leyte last 06 July 2007 that resulted to the death of Marvin Culango and wounding of Sammy Robedillo.

 

   Illegal Drugs (R.A. 9165) 

 

 

 

 

 

- Twelve (12) operations were conducted
-  twenty two (22) suspects were arrested
- 150.98 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P754, 000.00
- 7.2 grams of Marijuana leaves with fruiting tops
- Seven (7) units cellphone
- one (1) monitoring camera, one (1) unit Panasonic color TV (14”), one (1) unit early   warning device
- Several drug paraphernalia
- P194, 546.00 in Philippine currency as proceeds for illegal activities and Two Hundred Fifty Nine ($259.00) U.S. dollars
- Eleven (11) cases were filed in court

-  Thirteen (13) operations were conducted
-  Arrest of forty one (41) persons

Confiscated evidences were the following:

- twenty four (24) pcs of alleged swertres tips dated 04 January 2007 swertres stub for bet number and a camouflage   upper uniform, four (4) set playing cards and three (3) pcs one peso coin as “antogon”, different illegal gambling   paraphernalia, six (6) pcs. .25 centavo coins used as “antogon, one (1) single MC XRM colored blue and cash money   amounting to Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty Six Pesos (P2,136.00) in Philippine currency believe to be proceeds   in illegal activities
- Five (5) cases were filed in court

 

Campaign against FAs and Ammunition (R.A. 8294) 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- Eleven (11) operations were conducted
- Nine (9) persons were arrested

Confiscations of the following:

- two (2) .38 cal Snubnose revolver marked Smith and Wesson type (paltik) without SN and three (3) pcs live ammos   and one (1) spent shell of .38 cal.; one (1) pc .38 caliber revolver marked Smith and Wesson with one (1) pc. live ammo of same cal. and without Serial Number; one (1) homemade handgun loaded with one (1) pc color silver live ammo of cal. 38 pistol; one (1) .38 caliber stainless type revolver, deface, without SN, marked S & W made in U.S.A with one (1) pc live ammo of same cal., four (4) empty cartridges case of .38 cal revolver; one (1) alleged .38 caliber revolver marked Smith and Wesson, rusty black color, deface and without SN with six (6) live ammos of same cal.; one (1) cal. 45 Pistol marked Caspian with SN 885693 and with license, one (1) magazine assembly loaded with six (6) live ammos and without Permit to Carry (PTC); one (1) homemade shotgun with empty shells of same cal; one (1) unit cal. 45 pistol marked Taurus with SN NTK89592 loaded with nine (9) live ammos of same caliber; one (1) pc magazine assembly for cal. 9MM; one (1) pc .22 cal revolver marked Colt made in USA with SN 434347 loaded with two (2) fired cartridge cases and three (3) pcs live ammos of same cal.; one (1) pc .38 cal firearm marked Smith & Wesson with SN 1033468 with four (4) pcs live ammos of same cal.; and two (2) pcs inside holster

-  Ten (10) cases were filed in court

 

Campaign against Wanted Person 

 

 

 

 

 

 

    

    During the period, there were one hundred seven (107) persons arrested out of one hundred seventy five (175) warrants of arrest received.  Some suspects were turned-over to BJMP of this City for custody/proper disposition, others posted bail bond for temporary liberty.
